Launch Strategy----Equipment and Telcom

1. Incorporate

2. Register Domain Name with InterNic

3. Set up Web Site with our Nework Access Provider

4. Order Phone Lines(100) from phone company. Install 1 Business and 1 Fax line, and 10 dial-in lines(total of 12) for use at time site is operational. Reserve 100 numbers.

5. Prepare facility with proper power and run PVC for Ethernet cable and phone lines.

6. Order T-1 line from phone company. Get confirmed date at time of order--(Make entire order contingent upon install date.)

7. Visit sources for purchasing equipment:

8. Upon confirmation of Telcom Install Completion Date, contact equipment supplier(1 1/2 weeks) prior to the aforementioned completion date, and order and install equipment: i.e. Servers, CSU/DSU, monitors, keyboards, etc.

9. Contact Network Access Provider(72 hours) prior to final Install Phase, to configure and set up our Gateway and Equipment. i.e. Router, CSU/DSU.

10. Soak the system. (1 to 2 weeks) or less...

11. Official Operational Phase.
