Koldwave Server Room Air Conditioner
You are bidding on a Koldwave Industrial AC unit for a server room. We have upgraded our AC system at our building to another 12 tons. And as such have retired our Koldwave unit.
It is a Koldwave Model 3AK6512B , has a 5 ton compressor, and comes with a spare compressor (BRAND NEW) $1000 value. The current compressor is only 2 years old BTW. New pulleys, belts, new blower motor, new relays, and a few spare parts, like pulleys, belts, manual, and all documentation, parts list, and receipts for various items we have purchased for it over the years.
The only thing wrong with it is it needs a new condenser coil, (about $1000). The unit itself is close to $10 -$12k new, so $1000 in it is well worth it, especially for 66,000BTU!!! The extra compressor would pay for it.

The unit can be portable, or fixed. It has the optional massive in/out blower attachments, and included are about 20 feet of flexible insulated duct, including ceiling duct panels.
I would prefer this was picked up. It would cost a fortune to ship. It is a BIG unit. Heavy, but on really heavy casters that roll easily. I have pulled off the rear ducts and top ducts for easier moving. A good size trailer is recommended for moving this.
